HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

You have the legal right to exchange and return the products up to 14 days after delivery. Shipping costs are charged to you and will not be refunded.

In the event that you are given the wrong or defective shoes, if you do not wish to receive them again, you must send them back to us. The return MUST be done with the original packaging. We cannot receive used or damaged goods from the customer or with incomplete packaging.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

It is our policy to process any returns. If you have changed your mind and requested a refund, we will process it within 14 working days of returning the item.

However, if after 14 working days you have not received a refund, you can contact us to check your shipment.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

It has never been easier! Just send a message and specify whether you want to exchange or return your products.

All labels, boxes and accessories MUST be original and returned.

Products MUST be new (not used or damaged/altered in any way).

The products MUST be packed in the same packaging received, in the same conditions. Identità S.r.l. has the legal right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy. In this case, our customer service will inform you on how to obtain the non-compliant return.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

You can choose any company and post office and the items must be received within 7 working days of the return request.

CUSTOMER RETURN RIGHTS

You can change your mind at any time up to 14 days after delivery of your products. If you wish to return the items, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

When you inform our customer service department of the product you wish to return, you MUST keep all the parts delivered with your order, without using or altering them.
