HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS? |
You have the legal right to exchange and return the products up to 14 days after delivery. Shipping costs are charged to you and will not be refunded. HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER? |
It has never been easier! Just send a message and specify whether you want to exchange or return your products. All labels, boxes and accessories MUST be original and returned. Products MUST be new (not used or damaged/altered in any way). The products MUST be packed in the same packaging received, in the same conditions.
